As part of the Netera Alliance - a non-profit consortium of government, educational institutions and private industry dedicated to research and applications on the advanced Internet - and as part of Canarie's learning program - falls the Broadband Enabled Lifelong Learning Environments (BELLE) project. Netera's activities are organized and focused on a grid of resources that include ultra high-speed networks, advanced computing resources, collaboration facilities and digital content delivery.
